Do not use our products or services for illegal purposes.

We can refuse service to anyone at any time.
Your non-payment or violation of delivery terms may result in your order being cancelled.
You may not copy or use our service or content without permission.
Section 3 – Product Details
Shepherd Header delivers fresh vegetable boxes within Zimbabwe only. We currently offer two main products:
Essentials Box ($8): Feeds up to 3 people for 2 weeks
Family Value Pack: Feeds up to 5 people for 2 weeks
All product availability is subject to change.
Section 4 – Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and ZAR.
We accept card payments and cash on delivery.
Prices may change without notice.
All prices include VAT but exclude delivery fees (calculated at checkout).
Section 5 – Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout.
If we cannot reach you at the delivery location, the order will be cancelled and not refunded.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
Section 6 – Refunds and Cancellations
We only process refunds to the original payment method used.
No refunds once the order has been delivered.
We do not accept returns of perishable goods.
Section 7 – Accuracy of Information
We do our best to keep product information accurate and up to date.
We are not liable if you rely on outdated or incorrect details on our website.
Section 8 – Changes to Service
We may change, pause or stop any service or product without notice.
We are not responsible for any losses due to such changes.
Section 9 – User Comments and Feedback
Any feedback or ideas shared with us may be used without compensation.
Do not send illegal or harmful content. We are not liable for user-generated content.

Sometimes there may be mistakes in prices, descriptions or availability.
We reserve the right to fix errors and cancel orders if needed.

Minors

Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Here’s how we handle returns.
3-Day Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days after receiving your veggie box to request a return. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the box is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email info@shepherdheader.co.zw within 3 days of delivery to request a return. We’ll send you the return steps and delivery address.
Do not return items without approval — these will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Check your delivery when it arrives. If your box is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can sort it out.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Sale items
Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, request a return (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
